Brown Fused Alumina

Brown fused alumina (BFA) is a synthetic corundum produced by smelting premium bauxite with carbon materials and iron additives in an electric arc furnace. Known for its high alumina content and stable crystal structure, it offers excellent hardness, low thermal expansion, and strong resistance to wear and corrosion. BFA is widely used in abrasive applications as well as in the production of refractory materials.
